Cancellation Policy

3 Brains Academy (Christoffel Sneijders) terms and conditions 1. Course Cancellations or change to another training You may cancel your enrolment or change your training to an other training date : • At least 4 weeks prior to the first day of the course with only a $150 administration charge. • Less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the course, you will be charged fifty per cent (50%) of the current price. Less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the course, you will not be entitled to any refund and will be required to pay any remaining amounts outstanding. No refund is available to students who withdraw from enrolment or change to another training after commencement of the course. Full refund is provided when 3 Brains Academy has to cancel the training 2. Competency If a student fails to be competent during the training process or fails to attend more than 80% of the training without prior arrangement, no refund will be given and that student will have to attend another training (at their additional cost) to achieve the 3 Brains Coach Certification. 3. Course content and materials You agree not to copy our copyrighted material without our prior written consent. 3 Brains Academy has no liability for any errors or omissions in the materials, whether provided by 3 Brains Academy or by third parties. While all care is taken in providing training and development services, 3 Brains Academy does not accept any liability for the use made by a client or its employees or agents of any training, products. 4. Occupational Health and Safety When the training is face to face 3 Brains Academy aims to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all its employees and others who enter its work premises and course venues. Similarly, students must also be aware of their duty to take responsible care of the health and safety of others, and respect the rights of other students and trainers. Delegates are required to comply with the rules of conduct on the training premises and follow any reasonable instructions of the trainer. Failure to do so may result in termination of the training. 5. Confirmation of Place 3 Brains Academy will not confirm the place and the position within trainings until we have received a fully completed Enrolment Form and the payment confirmation. If paying by payment plan, this also needs to be in place. The Enrolment Form is not transferable, and a new booking request will be required for any new attendees. 6. Privacy ( Photography and recordings) 3 Brains Academy does not sell or rent its member and client details to anybody. The information collected on this form is for the purposes of processing your registration, creating and maintaining participant records, keeping you informed of upcoming events and products and assisting us in improving our service to you. Please contact us with any enquiries you may have in relation to this matter. By registering in this course you agree that 3 Brains Academy: - may take photographs, - sound recordings and/or film footage of you at the above event, - may use the photographs and/or film footage for their promotional and/or commercial purposes, including for their website. You will be informed if any photography, recording or filming is to be undertaken. It will never be released to any external parties. You accept the risk, that photographs and/or film footage of you may be lifted from the website, or taken from the brochure or other publication, and reproduced on any other website, or otherwise communicated or made available to the public or sections of the public. You agree not to use recording equipment (sound, visual or other) in our classes without our prior written consent. 7. Property Materials Agreement You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, alter or enhance any of the materials you will be provided with by 3 Brains Academy in any manner. 8. Disclaimer of warranties The parties agree that 3 Brains Academy will under no circumstances be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of revenue or opportunity, loss of goodwill and lost profits). Agreement: I understand that this Fees and Enrolment Form is an agreement between me and 3 Brains Academy with registry name Christoffel Sneijders Espana. My purchasing the ticket for the enrolment indicates that I have read and understood and/or sought expert advice in order to ensure my understanding of the information contained on the website and if applicable in the Training Brochure and in this Digital Fees and Enrolment Form. I accept this information as terms & conditions of enrolment as at the date of purchasing the ticket. I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to ask all the questions I wish to ask & have been given satisfactory answers to all my questions.
