I created the "Living YOUR Potential, Igniting your personal power” as a true Personal Leadership journey - to enable you to make this happen.

The Unique approach of the 3 brains Theory, utilizing you Head, Heart and Gut brain to facilitate change in a way that is unique for this world!

Furthermore it is based on an integration of most of the psychological, physical and energetic treatment, techniques that are out in the field now: Positive Psychology, NLP, Focus Techniques, Breathwork, Constellations, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and of course connected with the knowledge from Neuroscience, Quantum Physics, and Epigenetic Programming.

To sum up: An integration from the our Logical Head brain, our loving Heart Brain, our Survival oriented Gut Brain, and the sub-atomic energy field that connects us all.

To achieve this, you can count on my more than more than 27 years experience in line management, international training, coaching processes, and therapy work with clients with severe issues. I feel grateful that I had the opportunity to be working with people in countries in Europe, Middle East, Asia, USA and of course Australia.

In total, more than 10.000 people face to face or in small training groups.

It is the work I have done with so many people in a direct way, what has given me an amazing insight on how we are the same and how we differ regarding happiness and suffering.
