Which brain is making
your decisions right now?

And the answer could change the next decision you make.

You have 3 biological intelligence centres, Head, Heart and Gut, and one of them reaches every decision first, setting the criteria before the other two are asked. That is why some choices feel obvious while you make them, and expensive months later. This free 5-minute test shows you which one goes first, and which question you personally have to force into the room.

🔄

Why you keep repeating the same patterns

Your dominant brain has a preferred response — and without knowing it, you'll keep defaulting to it even when it's not serving you.

💬

Why people don't always hear what you mean

Each brain speaks a different language. If you communicate from your dominant brain, people led by a different brain may not receive it.

Why alignment feels so rare

When Head, Heart, and Gut pull in different directions, you feel stuck. When they align, decisions feel clear, grounded, and right.

WHY THIS MATTERS,
IT IS THE PATHWAY TO WHAT YOU LIKE TO ACHIEVE IN LIFE

Most self-knowledge tools focus on only one brain.
Yours has 3.

Emotional Intelligence helped us understand emotions. Neuroscience helped us understand the brain in the head. But neither explains how humans actually make decisions, because decisions aren't made by one brain. They're made by 3.

The 3 Brains Dominance Test reveals your automatic decision pathway, the brain that steps forward first before you consciously choose. This isn't personality. It's biology.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE TEST

3 Brains, 3 Decision Systems, but probably only
One or Two of them are in the lead.

Neuroscience confirms what ancient wisdom always knew. Each centre has its own neurons, its own memory, and its own agenda, both a strength and a shadow.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN A REAL MOMENT

When one brain leads, it does not just decide faster.
It decides by its own rules.

Each brain has a different objective, and whichever one arrives first sets the criteria for everything that follows. 3 real examples, one for each.

🧠 Head Brain leading

The 4 seconds in the board meeting

A CFO, and in a different company a risk manager, described the same moment to me. In a board meeting another member attacked them over something small in their work, and they went still. Not blank. Inside, they were replaying the whole thing, checking the detail, assembling the case that it had not really been much of a mistake. What neither of them said, in the room, was this is not fair, what is happening here. By the time the analysis was ready the meeting had moved on. In both cases the person attacking them had been covering a mistake of their own.

❤️ Heart Brain leading

The night her body said stop, and she did not

A year after the merger she was running the same workload with fewer people, seeing more on her desk each morning than could be done, and she had stopped sleeping. Then came the palpitations, the emergency department, and a weekend on a heart monitor. The doctor told her plainly that this was stress and that she had to change something. What she said next was: I cannot leave my team behind. The Heart Brain decides on what is good for us, so staying was the correct answer by its own standard, even after her body had made the strongest argument a body can make. What she did not do was tell her boss, because her boss was working the same hours.

💪 Gut Brain leading

The decision I made myself, in March

I sold my shares. The market was falling, I had just bought an apartment, and I needed that money in 12 months. My Gut Brain has no concept of 12 months. It has no concept of time at all, it knows only now, and what it knew was loss now, danger now, get out. So I got out. It felt completely obvious while I was doing it, which is exactly what a dominant brain feels like from the inside. What I did not do was take a day, run the numbers, and ask the people who follow these markets what they expected over the coming year. I decided in the same moment I felt it.

This is why the decision feels right
while you are making it.

The Gut is asking how do I protect what is mine. The Heart is asking how does this land for the people I am connected to. The Head is asking what does this cost, and when. Those are 3 different questions, and they produce 3 different answers to the same situation.

Whichever brain gets there first does not put its answer forward for discussion. It sets the standard the decision is judged by, and by that standard it is right. The cost only becomes visible later, and it is always the same shape: it is whatever the other 2 would have said, if anyone had asked them.

Knowing your pattern does not make you immune. It makes the missing question obvious before the moment arrives, instead of 6 months after.

WHAT YOUR RESULTS SHOW YOU

More than "you're a Head, Heart or Gut person," a complete picture of your system.

The test produces one of 25+ personalised profiles, each with a full written description specific to your combination of scores.

01

Your automatic decision pathway

The brain that leads before you consciously choose, in fast decisions, in stress, in relationships, in leadership.

04

How your secondary brain supports you

The combination of your first and second brain creates a specific dynamic, strength and shadow together.

02

Your natural strengths

What your dominant brain brings to the table, and why others may rely on you for exactly this quality.

05

Your quietest brain, and its cost

The brain that gets the least airtime in your decisions, and what you're missing when it stays silent.

03

Your blind spots

The predictable cost of leading with one brain without the others, what gets overlooked, who feels unheard.

06

Your 3 alignment questions

Before any important decision: 3 questions that bring all 3 brains into the conversation, instantly.

25+ unique combinations and

Each profile reflects a real pattern, with its own strengths and its own predictable cost. If 2 or 3 of these sound like you, that is normal, and it is exactly what the test resolves, because what matters is not the label but which one goes first.

HEAD DOMINANT · HEART LOW . GUT VERY LOW

The Precise Strategist

Exceptional clarity, structure, and logic. You see what others miss, but decisions may stay in your head longer than they should. Others experience you as capable yet sometimes hard to read.

ALL THREE BALANCED

The Dynamic Adapter

Remarkably flexible, you can think, feel, and act with similar ease. The challenge is that others can't always predict which version of you will show up.

HEAD DOMINANT · HEAD SUPPORTIVE . GUT LOWEST

The Thoughtful Empath

Warm, values-driven, intellectually grounded. You combine empathy with reasoning, but decisive action in high-pressure moments may not come automatically.

HEART DOMINANT . GUT SUPPORTIVE . HEAD LOWEST

The Passionate Leader

You act with conviction and care deeply for people. When you believe in something, you move. The growth edge is stepping back to evaluate long-term consequences.

GUT DOMINANT . HEAD SUPPORTIVE . HEART LOWEST

The Bold Executor

Decisive, analytical, action-oriented. You think quickly and move quickly. Others experience you as strong and capable, yet sometimes hard to approach.

HEAD + GUT BALANCED . HEART LOWER

The Strategic Driver

Strategy and action in perfect combination. You think clearly and move decisively. The blind spot: relational impact may be underestimated in the push for results.

When your Head brings clarity, your Heart brings meaning, and your Gut brings courage, your system stops pulling in different directions.
That is where alignment begins.
