Just imagine you would apply this basic question to yourself, your business, or your team how would it change your perspective and your activities?

When do we really dare to take time to reflect and to memorise all the things that has been successful in the past and how we could reshape our future?

In my perception when you look to current society we are so busy with speeding up, keeping track with all the changes, being part of everything that we forget to slow down, rethink where we come from and actually where are we heading to.

It right away gives an explanation, why nowadays also mindfulness becomes more a hype in the business world, to learn people again to be part of the now and enjoy the slowness of every second.

Companies like Google who actually create speed have their own Executive Director in the company whose responsibility is to promote slowness and mindfulness.

Would it not been nice for today, be aware when you're speeding up may be slowing down what's the reason for it and maybe in that moment of slowing down rethink the decision of your speed.
