The answers almost always lead to a moment of laughter, followed by a deeper reflection and, for some, even a shock at how decisions really work.

Let me give you the context behind the question. Imagine you wake up in the morning and carefully create a healthy shopping list.

You decide what you want to cook, select the ingredients you need, and deliberately choose what to avoid because you aim to eat something balanced that evening.

Now picture the day becoming busy, and without really noticing it you skip breakfast and lunch. Around six o’clock in the evening, you walk into the supermarket feeling tired and hungry after a long day.
